I’m truly a small town girl just trying to beautify the world around me one amazing head of hair at a time.

After graduating with my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Gerontology from Manchester University, I lived a very conventional nine-to-five corporate life before becoming a stylist. The daily grind of meetings, emails, filing, and reporting, wasn’t the right fit for me. I loved my team and the steady, predictable schedule, but I couldn’t imagine my life being that pace for the next 40 years. So I decided to leave my job and to start a new journey. I did my research, thought about what I truly enjoyed doing and what I could imagine my life being for many years to come. That’s when I realized the beauty industry had been calling my name. I completed school at the top of my class, secured an incredible apprenticeship that led to a wonderful job and haven’t looked back!

I was fortunate to have a mentor and an opportunity to study balayage, the art of French hair painting, under an incredible educator for a year. During my time working with her I attended and assisted with many of her hands on classes. While styling hair for the classic girl next door has become my signature, I also enjoy letting my creativity shine though with fashion color and edgy looks. It has been a true blessing for me to find my passion in my work. I now enjoy going to work and spending my time helping people feel beautiful, confident and happy.

When I’m not in the salon, you can find me at Noa Noa enjoying some amazing sushi, seafood, and a Banana Boat with my girlfriends. I love spending time with my nephews and niece, and trying to convince my sister's husband and my partner that my sister and I are completely capable of taking on a home renovation and DIYing our dream compound so we can all be neighbors. I enjoy my lazy Sundays on the couch snuggling with my Shih Tzus and rescue kitties, and a warm brownie with a big scoop of French vanilla ice cream bingeing a true crime documentary or watching the latest episode of Real Housewives of wherever.
